"WHO LET THE DOGS OUT? WOOF, WOOF" AWARD OF THE WEEK

Goes to Bermudan footballer, Kacy Simons who this week was banned for 12 years after attacking a referee during a Bermudan league match between North Village Rams and Tuff Dogs.

Simons, a veteran Tuff Dogs midfielder, refuted the charge, reputedly saying:

"All I was doing was rolling in the mud, licking the match balls and trying to sniff the backside of my opponent. I don't know why the referee said I attacked him. Perhaps he could've got the wrong impression when I humped his leg and licked his earlobe but whose to know?"
